Has anyone ever used doe or stag scent when hunting?

I have a friend of mine from the states who uses what he calls doe estrous during their (rut). I've seen it online, but I'm just wondering if anyone has tried it? I guess the doe scent is the same as a dog in heat. I'm very interested to anyones experience

Best idea for that mate is to bag a stag first and use its urine and cost to make your own scent. I heard a yarn that they walk right up to ya.

Yip thats the trick alright. Once you've shot your first stag, cut out the bladder carefully and empty the contents all over your clothing
Rest of the trip you'll have stags and hinds walking right up to you

Do Not under any circumstances even consider importing any scent from the US. There is a very high chance of bringing CWD here with it. Some states in the US have banned the use of lures. The lures are made from piss that can transmit the infective prion

I know a fella when he was shooting for money that would take a strip of skin in front of the pizzle and put it in his belt from the first stag he shot. He was a more than competent hunter who really didn't need to.

Honestly, no amount of scent, bullshit calling machines or anything you can buy will improve on basic skills.

All this shit come out well after I started out. I sort of knew then it was all just gimmicks to make money.

Wouldn't the human scent over power anything else?

Go for it bro the game cameras are pretty good these days.
You could end up with desperate hairy legged female trampers the ones with a pretty good mustache after you.
You could be a poster boy on you tube.
