    There have been a few coming out of there lately.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    Yup , I shot the last one last week in the north end.
    Thousands of good ones left at the south end in the pines though , so every one should go there I recon

    Not quite the last one in the northern end as one could be heard on the weekend roaring its head off for 40 minutes on Mt Te Aroha from the Ruakaka part of town.

    Anyone heading into the Park via Thompsons Track [Waikato] be aware that we have had heavy rain over night, 90mls since sundown...the track is a mess where they are logging...quad bikes were having to winch themselves over the ruts yesterday...not much chance of them clearing it before the end of day as I doubt they will be working...if anyone is stuck for a roof over their heads, the Bus is empty.

    Update...the track is pretty much stuffed...several slips in the first couple of hundred metres...not been checked beyond that...walk in only and that will not be fun.

    I'm off to the kaimais through my granddads farm tomorrow between thomsons track and aongetete.

    He's shot a big escapee that was living there for 10 years.
