    I can see a good covering of snow on the first set of foothills from my house in Napier, so im picking there will be a bit up there eh. Im looking at heading up the kawekas for a day hunt on Sunday.

    Drove to a Kaimanawa road end last night, decided not to go in as there were 13 other cars there, and heard two shots almost straight away. But I also heard a 6 call heehaw and a 2 call heehaw, different stags in different directions, at 6pm. So I’d say it’s on
    More meplat, more better.

    Your lucky you can get the forum. I was in the Hutt hospital for Christmas and all hunting forums are banned on their wifi.
