Looking for old NZFS job interview playbook

As per title, there is a scanned sheet that does the rounds with a list of requisite characteristics for prospective deer cullers probably written in the 60s, itís very to the point, if you have seen it you know what I am talking about, does anyone know where on the internet it can be found?

Probably been removed by the PC police, don't think it was very "gender orientated"

Everyone wanted to work in EF.
But the jobs were in production forestry.

I worked both but I reckon that memo was old school NZFS humour in the form of piss taking. I can easily picture L Skudder and L Bell and many others like Farmer, Eastbury and and co expanding on it while simultaneously arguing over the then virtues of the AB's vs Wales at a pub somewhere

I suspect number eleven could have something to do with line breeding.
The further south you go the better they get.
