Thread: Lots of hinds around, someone should shoot them.

Lots of animals in the Kaimai's, whereas deer used to be seen in one's and two's, they are now quite often seen in five's, the lockdowns stopped hunting and allowed the deer to breed, also a number of hunters who used to take 100 deer a year from the area are no longer hunting for various reasons...just this past week we had deer roaming around less than 100 metres from the house....the area also seems to have gone out of favour with hunters, I don't know the reason for this and can only surmise.
