Went for an armed walk last couple of days. Enjoying some of the finest spring conditions this amazing country has on offer haha. The first photo is taken at the top of the far ridge seen in the bottom photo, one day apart haha

That's spring alright. Go for a nice walk on a bluebird day. Go back a bit later and there is snow up to your nuts. Its always been that way and hopefully always will be.
27 degrees her at Okawa on Tuesday and 13 today.

Just looked out the window and there is fresh snow on the Kaweka tops. Sure was not there on Tuesday. It's down to about Studholme Saddle.
