from the Hut books in the Area it looks like alot of people come in with alot of Huff and Hope , Yet leave before the Ballot alocation time with what is mostly written down as "Lack of Sign/Animals" so "heading out early" is a common theme..
i kind of Wanna bag one in there before the Ballot :D thats all
