Thread: Mazda BT50

We brought a 2009 BT50 in 2013, had done 96,000km. We paid from memory $34k which included 2 year "new car" warranty and delivery (we are in Nelson and dealer was in Palmerston North). Was the SDX model 3L TD 4 Speed auto with OD. Main purpose was to tow the boat and something my wife would feel safe in.

Was way better value than a similar Hilux and dosen't feel "trucky" when you drive it. I would buy another (in fact since I have to now plead to use this one, might be sooner than later), yep I would no hesitation.



Noone in the Nelson car yards seemed to want to take our money . We went into Bowater Toyota and opened and shut and generally crawled all over a brand new Hilux. Salesman just looked at us and carried on yacking with each other.
Well we would have brought a brand new one and paid cash but since they didnt want our money we went elsewhere (and spent less in the end)

Now I thoroughly recommend Shaun at Palmside Motors in Palmerston North. Nothing was too much trouble and their service was fantastic.
