    Meat hunts.

    Looking for a reasonably priced property for weekend meat hunts for our socialclub at work.

    Within 4-5 hours drive of Nelson preferably.

    Any recommendations?

    If it was cheap enough anywhere I guess but ferry costs and travel time would mean it would need to be very cheap or possibly a NI species we dont have here.

    Somewhere like your place would be ideal, the guys mostly have a few deer under their belt now and are fair shots @ <300 or so but fitness is lacking (that goes for me too!) and the ability to recover the whole animal with only a fairly short carry or drag to a track rates highly
