I have been periodically checking for the info but not really found anything I would call explicit. As I say the only mention I found was that Roar applications will still be processed by DOC Renwick plus, from your link, an application form for blocks outside the roar period. But I'll keep checking and looking. Even if I do find the correct info it may all be for nothing anyway. Never managed to snag a Roar block yet !
