    Sure, but its still a great source of information, esp to correct ideas like Tarrant not being vetted or having not met his referees.

    ....granted.....but the question remains as to what isn't there due to a narrow scope.

    Where he sourced firearms and ammo are moot - he had a license. The point being that there was no need to narrow the terms of reference, and to introduce legislation before the Royal Commission reported suggests there was something to hide (actual versus perception is just as bad).

    For sure. Changing gun laws before the RC reported back was dumb.

    The RC was specifically excluded from making any recommendations on firearms laws by the terms of reference
