    northern pureora forest hunting

    hi guys , has anyone got any advise for hunting in the northern pureora forest? i went to piropiro flats a couple weeks ago but interested to see if the same amount of sign is found in the northern block

    Yep ngaroma end too bro. Out past the prison. Seen 6 pigs and 2 deer couple weeks ago over a 2 hour hunt. Tolley road would be a good starting point for you

    no idea where you guys are heading to find all these animals but it definitely wasn't where i went, i headed south from the doc access at tolley road to the 4 wheel drive camp and then west a couple ks then back to tolley road. About 14kms of bush walking , came across plenty of tracks of multiple animals, some looked fresh, plenty of droppings and a little bit of rooting but no animals. cheers
