    Old buggers hunt

Hi all, I`m heading into the Okahu rd area, haven't been in there for yonks, the plan is to drive in with my small caravan and park in the camp site, then hunt up the sides and of the Skips track. Any one been here lately?, just looking for some home meat and taking it nice and slowly for five days,, with a hip op and deaf as a post, have turn my aids up full wack to hear the possums fart. Looks good on google earth, but bugged if I can see any deer,, thanks for any info. Cheers, Homebrew.357.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

All those with dogs waiting no longer fear death. Those with many dogs waiting even welcome it in it's time.

She's a steep pull from the road end, once over the top pretty good to Skips(shocking pink last time I was there,)another good pull over to Rogers' then from memory pretty good to the saddle
Real guns start with the number 3 or bigger and make two holes, one in and one out

Was up there last week, road is all fixed up and the campground is primo... The hut is gone, thank God! Shouldn't take you to long to see a bit of sign.... The creek is overgrown due to the horses being rounded up last year but still an awesome place for a couple of days! What dates are you going? I'm hoping to be there next week for a night or two..
