    I can see it being really useful if you have a long walk back from a hut or something, I could have done with something like that walking the Umakarikari the other week, not something I'd use regularly though. @ebf how do you attach your rifle to your pack?

    Hey ebf off-topic but how loud is that pack? I got the Tatonka pack bag like that to go with my Lastenkraxe and it squeaks like forty bastards when it's loaded up, can hardly hear myself think when walking in. It only went quiet when it got heavily rained on. Any tips? I don't wanna biff it as the harness is so good, and it doesn't squeak by itself.

    Can't say that I have really noticed that one squeaking... Have a day pack that does it, drives you nuts hey
