    Palmy NZDA Range

    Hey chaps,
I've finally escaped Auckland for the mighty Manawatu. I'm keen as to get up into the hills but need to check my zero first.
I've joined the local NZDA but the next meeting isn't until the end of the month and I'll lose my mind if i have to wait that long. What is the process for accessing the range?
    Cheers,
    Adam

The range the branch uses isn't the branches it's the Cheltenham rifle clubs. NZDA Manawatu has a range up at Heritage lodge which you can use. We use the cheltenham range once a month being the last Sunday of every month. The Cheltenham club shoot every Saturday if that's any help. If you get stuck Pm me and we can work something out.

If your passing through Dannevirke you can zero your rifle on the ranch.

Thanks guys that's awesome. I think I'm heading out with Hamish next weekend so hopefully I can sort it by then. I only took the scope off the big banger for the move so the 7-08 should still shoot straight and I will use that if all else fails.
