Funny ! I reckon i would have done the castle hill camp 1976/77 so memory is fading more than a little - worst memory is my boot had a nail that worked its way up through the sole and into my foot - the PE master would not let me hammer it flat so l had to limp Round the place in discomfort the whole time- he was a weird prick i mean the school was paying to send my to the national school’s athletics in Auckland the next week ffs and he was in charge of the athletics team

My best memory was going through cave stream that was really fun - took my 3 lads through 25ish years later they thought it was a real blast !

Great part of the county planning to spend a couple of day pre xmas staying with a mate at the Bealey hope to have a poke about for a deer.’
