    Quick Kaimai Trip

    Sat arvo headed up and set up camp. Went for a walkabout. A little sign but there's so much food up there its incredible
    Looks kinda like everything is way back. Found a spot where new could glas for any late feeders but not to be.
    Back to camp for a cook up then off to bed. Up at 4am did the first bit by headlamp then stopped until it got light enough
    (message to self stay in bed til 5)

    Had a big wander then came back out and found a nice spot that ll be well explored next time

    Wasn't being smart. Private Access that makes getting to public spot a lot easier. Had the access for yonks just starting to use it a bit .

    Deer in the Kaimai's are all bastards, frustrating things.

    However there's some really stunning bush in the Kaimais.
