    Rifle sight in Waikato

    Hey all,

    Anyone know of a good place to sight in a centerfire in Waikato to about 100m? Need to break in a new gun.

    I need to sight a 22 and pattern a shotgun also, unfortunately DOC don't seen the be doing any small game permits in the district at the moment so a bit stuck on this also.

    Hey @tetawa, yep I get that. Was asking for public access spots when we are permitted, which (charges daily) is ok at the moment to my knowledge. I get covid tests for work weekly FYI. Cheers

    taupo deer stalkers use to head down there from Auckland and make a day of it stop in Ātiamuri and catch some trout, make a day of it
