Thoughts on this projectile for reds/fallow?

Works well when placed in the right spot.

(Code 1365) projectiles with the exposed lead nose have the most desirable terminal performance on reds, sika and fallow.

Just keep in mind your chosen chamberings limitations and you shouldn't lose animals.

65g work well, assuming you have 1/8 twist??

The exact projectile I use in my 22-250 and does a superb job on Fallow, haven't tried it on bigger animals, hand loaded it is very accurate and fast...

They are all I use in my 223. Absolutely lethal on reds including chest shots. They haven't gone more than a couple of steps. Very accurate projectile.

Cheers guys, just brought a 223 in browning x-bolt and sacrificed for a gumby 1/12 twist rate, so really am limited to 55gr bullets which sucks. But this projectile sounds alright... too bad there isnt any factory ammo loading the 55gr barnes.

Need to reload your own if using TSX. Use 25gr BM2.
