    South island day trips

    Hi guys,

    im tiki touring the south island for 2 weeks but limited to day trips as we cant abandon the mates partner and caravan overnight.
    Can someone point me in the right direction, we are doing a full loop so the options are endless. Ideally id like to see a chamois or tahr. Not interested in killing something for the sake of it just wanting to see some different animals in some different country!
