Just wondering if anyone could recommend a good butcher around Taihape or in Fielding that does good venison sausages.

Hey mate, Mark at Tussock country meats in Waiouru is very good. Otherwise there is Nathan at Ohutu meats aswell also very good, about 10min out of Taihape.

Ohutu meats does all mine not the cheapest but does a very good product
