    Turkey Hunting- Waikato Area

    Hey there,

    I've recently started bow-hunting with my partner and was just wondering if anyone knew of anywhere where there is Turkey that we could shoot for in the greater Waikato area? Any help would be appreciated.

    How far are you prepared to travel... What do you intend on doing with the turkey(s)?

    Could put you in touch with a farmer out Te Aroha way?

    We travel through there fairly often, so would be quite happy if could. Partner wants to try eating them this time of year but we're slightly weary about the cricket thing, but happy to provide them to the farmer if they prefer
