The gentleman that did my flight test gave me similar advise, 'there is always someone watching'.
Great advice that has seen me right for my entire career since then.

It wasn't worth losing my Waro or supplier licence to be honest. It was my only form of income at the time and it was good while it lasted. Had to face reality when price dropped and machine costs went up.
Would go back and do it in a heartbeat but not at today's costs and return.
I think because of some stocked countries now supplying under the EU we will never see feral venison at a sustainable price again.
S&D will become the norm and I could never be part of that.
