Salami and cheese in pitas or wraps - if I can find a practical tube if mayo or something, that's good to add a bit of moisture. This is supplemented with OSM bites, Mother Earth oat bars, and scroggin (raid the supie bulk-bins for nuts/dried fruit/choc raisins/jellybeans). I def over-cater, but the fear of going hungry/hangry outweighs any rational thought. A sit-down with a mouthful of food is a def mood-changer for me when things are going wrong.
