Sorry not to be able to assist, but IF I had the information, you would get it gratis....Damn Poachers.

Best wishes as it's a good image and someone will know the sod.

It was a confusion of ideas between him and one of the lions he was hunting in Kenya that had caused A. B. Spottsworth to make the obituary column. He thought the lion was dead, and the lion thought it wasn't.

    As above.

I believe your looking at unlawful hunting if you can prove whatever it is he is carrying is firstly a game animal and secondly he shot it on your property. There will be a could of other minor things to sort but that your guts. There is no offence of "poaching".

If you do find out this persons name etc, have them trespassed from your property. That'll be easier to prove in the future should they return and they don't even have to be hunting. Good luck.

Tell the cops you think it is a human body in the bag and he is disposing of it on your property....they will at least sit up and listen.

That or the person in the picture has started a grow operation or drug lab somewhere. Wouldn't be the first time they moved an illegal operation onto someone else's land to hide their activities.

My understanding is that some time ago the law was changed to say that if he's caught on your proprty it's up to him to prove he WASN'T illegally hunting. ....I may be corrected on that.
