@buzzman i was talking to a guy today with a sr5 2001 he paid $31000 brand new, its now done 3-400 thou km and he just had a brand new motor fitted cost him $12000.
On the books for twenty years it would be worth bugger all.

Could just get a a 1996-2002 prado 90. or even a 2002-2005 prado 120 pretty much the same running gear and have the 1kz. most haven’t been thrashed by hunters and farmers and are a lot cheaper.
