    1-4 25mm tube

Looking for a low power optic, true 1x. Would be nice but not essential as for top end mag, 4 is about right but could go higher, only shooting to 100m regularly and only out to 250m max so no looking to change from a 3-9. Wanting to stay with 25mm tube. As for brands the budget won't stretch to swaro nightforce etc (unless I get a really good deal) was thinking Bushnell leupold vortex etc.

What have folks got that they aren't using? (looked through 10pages on the buy sell section and it only took me back to a week ago.... Must be lost of unused christmas presses folks are getting rid of )

Illumination would be nice, Parmalat not such an issue at shorter ranges.

Nothing is tough about having a 70 lb bow and looking like an uncoordinated praying mantis while trying to draw it back.

Having been doing more reading and looking at photos of reviews the low power scope just look UGLY still want one but it just looks wrong with one end bigger than the other, thought it was just some but they all seem to have the same shape. Have seen photos before of the scopes but it seems worse when attached to a rifle!

I love them. Got Leupold VXR 1.5-4 patrol's on Marlin Camp 45 and Camp 9 and AR7.62x39, and a standard Leupold VX 1-4 on a couple of .22's.

If you want low power with a larger objective consider a fixed 2.5 power.

Outdoor supplies do a Tasco 2.5-4.5x32 Tasco World Class Riflescopes - Hunting and Outdoor Supplies
I used to have a Tasco fixed power 2.5 on my Marlin 44mag lever action. Never gave me any issues.
