    . 20 gauge semi auto. 28"barrel.

Still looking for a gun for my son, thought I had one sorted but was not a 28" ,prefer a mossberg or other reliable type, take mag shells, synthetic ,gas operated (to lessen recoil.) Cheers.

persoanlly i would go 12gu but use light loads. the inertia systems like benelli etc seem to handle anything. then as the young fella grows up just increase the load

Selling my A400 Xplor Action for $2K.

Kick-off, GunPod, 28" barrels. Fired 3,842 rounds. Used only for paddock and pond shooting, as have Benelli M2 for the rougher swamp shooting.

ATA CY Reliable and reasonably priced new. I have a 12ga and 20ga but prefer the 20ga.

In a 20ga semi you should also consider a 26" barrel.

I'd also recommend a 20g ata. Both me and my brother have used them between the 410 and 12g.

My mate is selling his ATA 20 gauge but it has a wooden stock. He's only after $450 though, so maybe the sort of thing you wouldn't worry about getting scratched up; http://www.nzhuntingandshooting.co.n...0-gauge-30134/
