The non corroded Greek brass is actually decent.
Trouble is GC got all the crap left over.

@DCN808T that would be a help

I'm making progress with that rifle but waiting for the dies that go with it before I spend a whole lot more time on loads

But lost power in last night's storm with three poles and the transformer down so no time in the workshop for some days

@akaroa1 I have plenty of the Greek .303 surplus brass you can have for nothing (just cover the courier) if you like. Some are still primed. Just let me know.

Made up a handful of usable rounds and got a feel for the rifle
It shoots really well considering the poor sight picture and I ran out of staff height to get the group on target
But very happy with the potential shown from this 50m group

So now it's on to making some decent sights and the next lot of bullets from lino type

And get some decent new brass now that I know it's a seriously accurate rifle
I'm super impressed you can work old 303 necks out to that dimension without splitting. Handsome looking cartridge. Reading this thread got me idly researching 38cal. Impressive stuff.
I know a lot but it seems less every day...

@Jhon yeah it’s amazing how much you can work brass before it goes
I did 150 the other day some for @akaroa1 and some for my two 38/50’s
They do work out ok im just useing a lee universal decapping die
    With a 375 H&H expander installed
They form out with one pass over the expander
Generally do half then turn the case 180 before doing the other half don’t know if that dose anything but can’t hurt

I Anneal before and after forming as it is a lot of work for the brass and still fireforms a bit also when fired
