Thread: 6 mm accubond

Hey team, wondering if anyone knows where or has any spare accubonds in 6mm around 90grn?. Seems to be all sold out from what I can find

Shot some nosler factory ammo recently and it went bloody well.

6mm stuff is even more sparce than 6.5 stuff presently. If you cant find the accubond, the hornady internond is a good alternative.

Yea might be worth a Crack, I see there's some of these in stock. Trying to find a good projectile to start with is a right bastard at the mo it seems

85gr partitions instock at gunworks?

I have following pointy items that may work...

3 packs of Nosler 6mm 95g BST (Ballistic Silver Tip)

2 packs of Nosler 6mm 80g BTV (Ballistic Tip Varmint)

5 packs of Nosler 6mm 100g Partition and 4 packs 6mm 85g Partition

10 packs of Sierra 6mm 90g TGK (Game Changer)

2 packs of Hornady 6mm 87g SP Varmint

Will the 85s 1/10" twist stabilize that 95grn bullet ok, you think?

Should be fine, they have a long bearing surface and 95 gr is not heavy for calibre, typically it's not until you get to the likes of Berger 105 VLD, 103 gr ELDX or the likes before you will require a 1:8 or faster twist in 6mm.

Grab a pack or two of those 87gr hornady SP that @doubleshot is offering. Probably the best bang for buck bullet in the 243

Certainly should, I'm guessing it's a 22" barrel.
