    7mm08 or 260

    I have a mate that is after a 7mm08 or 260 in a Tikka if anyone has one that they want to sell.

    Cartman has a Remington 260 I think. Less chance in losing the bolt compared to a tikka.

    Me either. But they do lose the bolts on the tikka t3.

    Does it have to be a Tikka? @Savage1 had his nice savage in 7mm08 going cheap

    Yep sorry he is not after a savage. He has a Marlin .308 to sell as well blued sync for $650 with Gun works can.

    Since there are way more tikkas than ang other guns, yes the statistiques prove that there are more tikka bolts lost than any other guns brands.

    I still can't be leave anyone could loose a bolt whey would you walk around with it open while slung over your shoulder.

    If the safety isn't on locking the bolt closed it is quite easy for the blot to open when on your back pushing through scrub etc, and very easy for the bolt release to be pressed, you'd think you would hear it open but obviously not

    Donít want to steal your thread - but have a mate down near Palmy who is finally going to ditch his old 303 - he is looking for a 308 or 7mm08 - maybe a Tikka or similar - any ideas please - post or pm

    Yea my son's mate has a Marlin 308 with Gunworks can no scope blued sync for $600 shoots well and a great starting rifle.
