    ASE SL5 - 30 Cal - 1/2-20

    Painted Matte Olive green and can be painted any colour easily
    Only had 10 rounds through it - basically brand new
    $320 ono ($499 new)

    S series SL5 suppressors have a strong construction and are built for a long service life.

    The S series SL5 suppressor adds only 98 mm to the length of the weapon, the diameter being 44.5 mm.

    The S series SL5 suppressors reduce the weapon sound pressure level by 22-30 dB (depending on calibre, ammuntion type, measurement location).

    The S series SL5 suppressors also reduce recoil and muzzle flash significantly.

    Rifles tested with the AU S series suppressors, complywith the latest personal exposure limit set by the European Directive 2003/10/EC (140 Pa tai 137 dB (C)).

    Weight 390 - 430 grams depending on caliber.

    Just out of curiosity mate why are you looking to swap? Do you find these suppressors unbalance the rifle a bit being such a compact unit centralised on the very end of the barrel?

    I want something a bit lighter for the lad. It's not going to be a light rifle, but I still want it to be functional for him. I could just get the rifle threaded but if there is a can with the right thread, that would make it easier.
