Thread: Belmont 308 ammo forsale

Hey guys.
I brought a 250 pack of the Belmont 150gr soft point 308 ammo. They state an average of 2815fps, I shoot it out of a 16inch barrel 308 and it groups very well. Under MOA

I dont need 250 and would take me a lifetime to get through that many.
Would like to sell half so 125 rounds for $145.

My 308 getting chopped to 16 at mo and wanted to try some of the belmont myself after your recommendation @Curtis27 , along with the 180 gr winchester I have already got waiting for it

Curtis...you need to head up and shoot some wallabies,no way will I head out with less than 40 rounds for half day hunt....

Maybe it was too cheap as was only listed for 7 mins. I could spare a few if you want to try some mate. They do shoot very well. Mines a tikka t3x fluted with 16inch barrel, DPT suppressor carbon stock etc etc. It shoots the 150gr superformance at 2700fps but at $4 a shot these Belmont grouped just as well just a but slower.

I am doing the same thing..t3x ( in left hand like a normal person ) minus the fluted barrel. Dpt have the rifle at the moment doing the barrel chop and suppressor and I am currently cuddling up to my new as yet unfitted carbon stock on the sofa , wrapping some clear protection film on it on stock and forend for better grip and hopefully stop any rub marks from strapping it to my pack.
Thanks for the offer but probably easier all round if I can track some down at my local. I would imagine it's a drama trying to courier ammo.
And if you go out for a shoot with @Micky Duck I imagine you will need every round you have ...
