Bergara scout 308 single, stainless and suppressed

Hey team, I'm selling this on behalf of @223nut as easier for me to sell from North Canterbury than for him from Stewart Island.
I originally sold this rifle to James and it'd be lucky to have fired 20 rounds since and maybe 100 rounds in it's life.
It's not the take down, the piccatinny rail has been loctited down.
Its hot a heavy fluted barrel @20", but being a single it's significantly shorter than any bolt action even with a 16" barrel.
If inclined you could shorten it another 2" without the suppressor hitting the fore.
From memory it likes hornady white tails in 150gn factory loads (shot them sub Moa)
It also has the action release button in front of the trigger guard instead of the big extension that some models have that digs into your back when carrying slinged.
Really nice no B.S Bush rifle, it has a couple wee scuffs from being carried but nothing too dramatic.
Please someone buy this before I decide to buy it back.
    Asking $700 complete.
Pick up Oxford or can send via dealers network at buyers expense.

You can get the front hinge replaced with a pin, or chicago screw I think it's called, when I owned this before I sold it to @223nut I used to just carry it round in my pack with the buttstock removed although technically I'm told this legally makes it a pistol although you'd be a bloody retard to try fire it like that.
To remove the buttstock you need a phillips head and a allen key.

Being a single shot it is pretty short without the suppressor on it already

Suppressor says "duralumin" but no other makers marks with a removable bush that sits over the barrel, isn't heavy and the rifle balance is pretty good with it. It's probably not as good as a dpt or greystone or Hardys etc but it's cheaper than a budget hushpower

great rifles especially as they are short as standard and great in the scrub even with a suppressor on and still full length barrel for good velocity for longer range shooting. have the 243 takedown and a 45/70 standard slightly shortened. just need to go hunting with mine is all .
