Have a can of wano powder canister number 2 I think. From a previous earlier post I think it's black powder. I don't need so of suits anybody that can use it.
@bing
Now that I recognise almost word for wordStill making it and have perfected it even more with the add of a Ball Mill to grind two of the ingredients together but never the three at the same time. Ran it over a Chrony a few weeks back and getting 1861fps from about 85gr with a 50cal pach and ball, thats about equal to Goex. I still use 4F in the flash pan because I have it but just homemade in all my black powder guns otherwise.
Fuse is easy: take a length of cotton string, put it into the BP mix as its boiling. Take it out and hang it to dry.... Fuse!

Would a company that does professional pyrotechnic displays,perhaps have black powder or substitutes?.
Overseas companies often make their own. Not sure about here but its easy enough to make, just takes a bit of forethought and preparation.
@Tasbay...a thread as good and constructive as the original is...doesnt deserve to die...so I keep reviving it .THANKYOU
I rather miss sf90 and the hilarity he brought into any discussion.
Yes shame after us wanting a Black Powder section it was short lived. I like some of the others have had trouble logging into that site so gave up. I was surprised how well read that thread became and with the shortages in powder and related bits it`s good to have alternatives.
Pretty sure in the distant past I heard of a similar company in ChristChurch,where some back powder shooters were sourcing their powder because at the time there was none available elsewhere....just can't recall who it was though.
