    Blaser r8 for blaser r93

Possibly want to do a trade here.

Have a mint R8 in 6XC, factory threaded barrel, DPT suppressor.

Can do cash either way (probably my way) depending on what you have. Open to calibres except for gay ones.

    Cheers

Had a bunch of R93s , just a bit lighter than R8. But nothing that cant be made up with a standard barrel and sensible scope. Or time the gym

What is the real world difference on a standard barrel of each?

Virtually none. It's only the chamber section which is slightly thicker . The rest of the barrel and contour is the same . Remember the saddle mounts fits perfectly on both barrels. I had R8s and R93 at the same time R93 slimmer in stock and action.

If 270 is gay, then 6 XC is for little girls ! :-)

6xc - effecient, accurate, baliistically superior, no recoil, huge selection of projectiles, easy to reload . It probably would suit little girls being the great all round cartridge it is

I prefer a bigger hole in the barrel to reduce weight. 30cal and a bunch of powder. Longer barrel life . More down range energy. Yet hear about anything walking away from 208 or 212gr at a good old speed.

Sell me a spare one then! I'm looking at going at a 7x64 just to be queer with open sights as a secondary option to my 6.5.

Shit does the 6.5 R8 shoot!!!
    5 shots into one hole.

And what's the weight of a carbon r93 stock and chassis?

Can't be more than 100-200grams extra weight in the r8 bolt/barrel you wouldn't think
