BRNO Fox Model 2 .222 Rifle

Reluctantly for sale... and I'm talkin' RELUCTANTLY... for sale is my BRNO Fox Model 2 Deluxe in .222 REM.

This rifle has been my pride and joy and I always swore it would be the last rifle out of the gunsafe, but the times they are a-changin' and so with a nervous twitch and the potential to change my mind this sweet little rifle is now available. When I purchased this new I longed for a Sako but they were well outside my budget. Now, aged 54, I finally own one. The dream has been realised... and so the BRNO goes.

    Price $1600

This rifle has not been modified. No thread, original barrel and blueing, etc.

    Comes with:

The orginal rear sight (not presently fitted).
    Scope Rings and Base
Scope - if wanted. Happy to leave it on or take it off.
If collected, about 200 (probably closer to 230) rounds of Belmont factory ammunition

Hey @bing The BRNO is lighter and just as accurate but a Sako Vixen is... well, a Sako Vixen. Both get the job done.

Damned if I know who makes those rings and base @Lucky I thought they were Leupold but might be wrong.

I carried the model 1 for close on a couple of decades, that was one great shooter.
That model 2 above is looking rather tasty I must say, shame to drag it through the scrub.
