Browning X-Bolt wit DPT suppressor for sale 308

    As above.

Barrel is 17inchs, this i a very usable rifle, extremely well balanced.

Few minor marks on the stock, and a bit of discoloring on the bolt but all comestic. Bore 100%.

Lapped Talley rings included, scope not included.

DPT duralium overbarrel suppressor (awesome product) this is near new.

Rifle has done a MAX of 50 shots, more like 30 probably. Its a hunting rig.

Only selling as i have made an impulse buy on an ar15.

This a far nicer rifle than a tikka, howa, weatherby ect. A big step up in build quality.

    Looking at $1300?

    welcome to view in christchurch

Guess they'd all like to buy.
There are only three types of people in this world. Those that can count, and those that can't!

What speeds were you getting with that length barrel Jock? I ask because my cobber wants one for his R93 to be 17" total. He reckons he can still get around 3000fps with the right powder and 130 gr projectiles Just o he can carry it in his scabbard on his pack and only pull it out when he is close to shooting.
Do what ya want! Ya will anyway.

Im getting 3000 out of the old mans rossi which i think from memory is 16" definitely no more than 18 and that's with 2208 and 215s could go more but didn't want to push the break open action. Massive fire breather without suppressor tho
H335 or 2206h would probably be better in that respect.

Cheers Cam. He mentioned H335. He will get one of Abe's supps fitted as I will refuse to hunt with him if he doesnt

im using 2206H, never put load through chrony, just got something MOA at just below pressure and used it....
16-18" is where a 308 should be imo

yeah i fired a hand full of subs through it. Just to see if the same load from my other 308 was still sub sonic in this one.

This is seriously the nicest rifle i have owned or used, will certainly regret selling
