    Have you checked out Brownells?
They have a decent RCBS one w/o collet, collets sold separately.
BULLET PULLER W/O COLLET | Brownells

I've got this one, and it's far better than the kinetic hammers. Shipping was pretty reasonable.

I would be keen on one of those if I owned a press. I currently reload using the lee loader setup so unfortunately can only really use a kinetic puller.

A nylon or better yet alloy tube with an open side around pill then polys works a treat, zero damage.

i use the hornady one but it did take a bit of practice before i stopped munting bullets. i use the collet for the 6.5 on a 6mm and it works perfectly, even crimped rounds.
