Is the Stoney shelter and floor different than the "cheaper" ones they have advertised on your link?

so the Shelter has a retail of $199
and the floor a retailer of $69.99

Great tent for the money, just too similar to my macpac minaret.I thought the extra vestibule would be handy but actually prefer the macpac with the inner that can be pulled back to increase space for cooking etc in wet weather.
