    Wow that STG 44 just looks amazing , the original assault rifle. I have seen a WW2 picture of one being used with a scope attached.
    Be amazing to shoot something like this just for the experience and to say you had fired one.
    Hope it goes to a very good home.

    they are awesome have shot an stg44 in nz and a mk42 in usa at a rental place both awesome experiences amazing gun if only the nazis made them from 42 on and went full tit without hitlers interfering war might not have ended when it did

    Ive got a Garand-sized hole in my collection and that would be a perfect fit. But unless youre taking first-borns, nothing to trade at present. Take a free bump instead

    They are quite interesting to shoot as you can plainly hear the 'sproing' of the return spring every time the bolt cycles. Whilst they were not 'ahead of their time' in the operating system, they were definitely ahead of the World in design and manufacture, especially in pressed metal fabrication.

    Update. Original buyer of STG has pulled out as canít get the funds together in a timely manner. So itís back up for sale. You wonít find another one for a while.
