Let guncity do it for you, $ 75. It took 3 days to get my one done, not sure about this time of the year.

Some of the best disasters I've seen are courtesy of poor barrel threading. I'd do some homework first.

They have done only two for me, luckily they are all good! I should have let the DPT do it, neither sending firearm nor 2hours drive are best for me. Choosing guncity over any other engineers just because at least the contractor of guncity have done much more of barrel threading then others. Just my 2C

GC Akl seem to send a lot of their gunsmithing jobs down to ChCh as they dont have their own gun smith.

Not too many gun smiths that I know of in Auckland, but if Im not mistaken SAI has one?

They have done 2 previous jobs for me and was very happy with the outcome. Would give to HnF to send away to save forms but fuck paying them $100 shipping(figure I was given today).

Sorry, wasn't meaning to suggest the guys were no good.

Yes they do. Every Saturday he's there apparently.

Never heard of the reloaders gun smith.

Not dealing with police forms, a 4hr return trip or paying HnF $100 to send it. Would love DPT to do it but not really a reasonable option

You dont need to fill out forms to send it to dpt through the firearms dealer network. You are not selling it, cost me $20...something to get a rifle from SAI to tauranga. Talk to the guys at SAI, good buggers. And I have had Paul from hushpro thread a 22 for me. He did a good job.
