    Cheap 30/06

After a cheap 30/06. Nothing flash. A sporterized P17 maybe. Cheaper the better. Just needs to send rounds down range in a reasonably straight line. I've got a heap of ammo to burn off that I never got to put through my Garand.

    Cheers

How many is a heap? Would it be worth looking for something really nice in 30/06 that you could borrow?

Got a full wood m1950 FN mauser. Belgian issue. Sling, cleaning rod and bayonet. Barrel in very good condition. Tiger strip walnut stock would look mint if refinished. $700+courier. Pm your email if interested for pics.

Same as mine with the thumb cut out then, i do actually like the 2 stage trigger. But i did do some work in a safari deluxe for someone and the ajustable on that was superb. They are great rifles in my opinion much underrated.

Thank you for your replies gentlemen. I've decided to purchase the FN offered to me. Not what I wanted but I'm a sucker for military mausers.
@Savage1 I still have it. I will do what I can to hold onto it. If we could get some solid clarity on what we can do, I would like to convert it to a straight pull so I can still shoot it. If not I'll try for the dreaded P.
