    Christmas Clear Out!!!!

It’s nearly that time of year again, fellas. That time of year where you realise the Crossfit sessions you begged your missus’ for, and pursued diligently with the aim of developing ‘mental hardness’, won’t do jack shit to prepare you for what’s coming.

Welcome to the real world. The chaos and confusion will make you cry, and there'll be no chances for catching your breath.

The perils that lie ahead can be epitomised by one nine letter word. No, it’s not ‘penniless’, but it’s pretty damn close. It’s CHRISTMAS.

I’m not here to sell you some stuff willy-nilly. Think of yourself as James Bond, and I as your very own quartermaster. The following items will help you navigate and survive Christmas like the badass mofo you thought you always were.

Garmin 64s GPS: (Few light scuffs on the screen, but nothing to inhibit serious use. Comes with ‘Open Map Project’ programmed on it, which gives you a comprehensive topo map of the entire country and the DOC boundaries).

Do you usually suffer a bout of amnesia just as you’re about to drive to town to do the Xmas shopping? “Wait… ‘town’? Where is that place again?” This GPS is the solution.

Black Diamond Helmet: (48-57cm: S/M). Ideal for solo missions in rocky terrain, or rock climbing/mountaineering.

Do the Xmas mobs at Kmart and Farmers intimidate you? Never fear! Chuck on this helmet and you won’t suffer any more of those annoying concussions. Bonus: It’s orange, so if you get bowled over and trampled on, the mall paramedics won’t have to look too hard to find you.

    $50.00

    Kathmandu Tramping pack: Perfect condition.

If all else fails, and the only logical solution is to do a runner, this trim, lightweight, and quality tramping back will carry all the items you need to sustain yourself at the local community park/reserve, until Xmas is over, and it’s safe to return home again.

I've decided to put the GPS on Trademe at $1.00 reserve.

The pack and helmet I'll keep here.

    Helmet + Pack = $130.00

Pack on its own = $100.00

Helmet on its own = $50.00
