I used these tyres in the Aussie Outback, rocks, sand, mud, a trillion corrugations, and some tarmac. Can't recommend them highly enough. Finally binned them at 66,000km.

Actually didn't bin them, they're still easily legal and in the shed "just in case". Not really a fair reflection of how they wear, due to the extreme conditions I used them in, if you look after them in NZ (balance, rotate, pressures), they'll go further than that easily.

The only thing I would say about them is that to get the best out of them - same with any of these stiff Cooper tyres - is you need to air down when you're in the sticky stuff. I ran mine at between 20-25psi in the bush and on the farm. Down as low as 15psi when things got silly.

Replaced my ST Maxx ATs with Cooper STT Pro MTs only because NZ is rather muddy compared to the Outback, especially in the papa country in the 'Naki, Ruapehu etc.

These tyres are in a totally different class to Maxxis etc.
