    Dirty old 303

Im after an old Lee Enfield 303 or similar, no1, no4, whatever is out there. Stock and barrel condition are not important.
Im after something cheap that I can mess around with. Planning to re-barrel and modify for a different cartridge.

Within reasonable driving distance to Auckland would be nice so that pickup is an option.

    A tactical .303 perhaps?

Folding stock, two bayonets, ACOG, shortened to the limit, loudener, silky saw, drum mag...

I think you are onto something good there. IPSC with a bolt gun!

40mm that’s quite funny. No I’m lucky enough to have been a service rifle shooter since 1986. I’m also unlucky enough to have experienced the semi auto ban in the uk in 1988 and the pistol ban in 1997. I’m future proofing (as much as I can) my ability to shoot a sporting competition I enjoy.

Im going to build one. It will be black of course and able to hit 2" targets 1600m away with ease.

Holding onto mine, price is going to go up over the next few months for these venerable 19th century battle cannons... (0:

Using those stripper clips yet @40mm?
