    Doer upper single shot

    As above
. I would like to find a single shot .22 to spruce up and stick in the cupboard to teach the young fulla
If anyone has a contender for this let me know
    Anything considered

Cheap is good or trade for flipper targets or whatever

Hmmm let me think on that a while chrome. I have an old single shot Lithgow Arms .22 that was my dad's when he was young. My brothers and I were introduced to shooting with it and so it has much sentimental value but it doesn't get used any longer and could do with a great deal of TLC as it is showing the signs of having been parked in the corner of the old mans wardrobe for years. I will mull over the benefit of keeping it as a last tangible link to my dad against giving it to you so that your young fellah can have the same enjoyment and fun that I had shooting rats, bunnies and the like when I was a boy. I will let you know when I decide.

Can you tell us more about the steel work? That stag is fantastic! And the flippers look good to - price/s?

Also good luck on the hunt for a .22, wish I could help, but nothing in the cabinet that fits what your looking for. Do you have some idea of a budget and someone might see/hear of one.

That stag is cut out on a cnc plasma bed its one of the better designs out there. Its a free design from the states but you can also buy thousands of designs. Out side our work shop we have a 3d trex thats near on 2 m long
I have never worked out a price on the flippers. Just used em for trades and the like

Price would come down to overall size and thickness

    Doer upper single shot

No it was never my design. I saw pics of some from the states so i drew em up on autocad and blasted some out
They are a fun little target. The bonus is it just gets harder the further back they go
They do need flat ground to work tho and are great fun with semi .22s

Chrome I am in Wellington Tuesday / Wednesday next week. Will be staying in Petone. PM me your contact details and if time permits I will give you a call or catch up so I can get a measure of who might next have custody of the old mans rifle.

Have you thought about a savage rascal? They are cheap, accurate and single shot. Good option if you cant find anything suitable second hand
