    Fencing Netting

    Guys
If anyone knows of any old fencing netting suitable for fencing of a duck pond, i am after enough to fence of a duck pond at 160m+ circumference.
Great if its free but happy to work out a deal.

    Cheers
    Mal

Are you going to make it predator proof?

Not at this stage, its to keep stock out, its a high risk flood prone area which is why we want old fencing netting, it may just end up on the neighbors farm.
This property does already have allot of trapping going on so we may be right for predators but im not 100 on that yet.

If flooding's a problem then is it to hold out cattle. Maybe a solar powered electric fence unit there. our cows never crossed the white string, never had to turn the fence on but that could just be our cows.

Seems like a waste of time money and effort to build up a decent fence for it to be wiped out.

Standards and some rolls of wire? Whats that square mesh stuff worth?

It would be super expensive to make it predator proof, better off just keeping your traps serviced

Have you considered Electric fencing mate? Will take a flood way better than netting, once the grass and trees are up you only need a couple of wires two keep everything out
