Please don't bother dicking me around unless you the appropriate endorsement! Some people just don't get it.
I heard that you can buy pistols with an a-cat licence, its that it has to be stored only at a approved gun club.
I might go back to the Gun shop (and ask) where I over heard the sales person telling someone who was purchasing a pistol at the time saying something like you can purchases a pistol on an A-cat but it had to go though a pistol club. Most likely you can pay for it but it held under the clubs name.
Also, sorry for hi jacking this thread, nice pistol![]()
hey guys ..... not to confuse too much , but .... I bought my pistols on my "a" .... and the club held them ... till I got my "B" ..... but there was quite a gap from buying them to getting my B ....
anyone can pay for a pistol ... but you cant transfer into your name or get the permit to procure without the right endorsement ....

Just to clarify, did the "club" hold your pistols, or a certain (any) member with a B endorsement such as club armourer, or other such person technically hold them till such time as they could be transferred to you?
correct , one of the members of the club held them until I got my B , then I changed the ownership to me
