FS: Tasco Target & Varmint Riflescope 6-24x42mm

    Hey all,

Going to put this scope up here for bit to see if there's any interest before chuckin' it on tardme. I got it as part of a package deal with another scope but have no use for it so away she goes! The title more or less says it all other than this model has a mildot reticle, comes in it's original box with instruction manuals and has some minor ring marks on it.

The same scope can be seen on reloaders.co.nz going for $269 so let's start at $200 ono. Pick-up in Welly or shipped at buyer's expense.

    Pictures to follow this evening.

Unless you are used to Leupolds

I shouldn't knock them too much, I've got one on one of my 22s

    Same rifle.
    Same ammo.

    New tasco 3-9x40.

    Overlapping 3 shot groups @ 35 yards.
    1 in group @ 50.

With the original no name scope it was spraying them all over the place.

    Not bad for $ 150

Our Tasco world class 3x9-40 holds under a inch at 100m on the .308, cant complain with that.

I have a Tasco something on my 223 and getting 1/2" groups with it. I'm happy enough.

Honestly, Tasco isn't a top rated brand and it won't suffice if you're used to Leupold or other high-end brands but I've used them on 308, 243, 223 and 22 Hornet without encountering any issues on the range or in the field. If you want an adjustable objective scope with a wide range of magnification for your bunny or goat bustin' 20 cals without dishing out too much then I can honestly recommend checking them out.

If anyone would like to make an offer, I'd be happy to give them two weeks to test it out (on range only) and if they don't like it they can ship it back to me and I'll refund them their money without any hassle as long as it arrives with all the bits and bobs still intact ha ha.

It's on tardme with a $70 reserve is anyone would like the link. I've come to realize that even asking $200 for a scope that's $269 new is a bit much so bid away!

FS: Tasco Target & Varmint Riflescope 6-24x42mm

3 days after replacing my shitarse noname with a $150 Tasco, and I'm now back confidently shooting every bunny I see with my Ruger.

Ok, you may not stik it on your heavier cal, but for what it is its doing the job well. Happy
